Sound familiar?
- A client or insurer has asked about your cyber security.
- Staff use weak or shared passwords and have no MFA.
- You are not sure what to do if you are hacked.
Most incidents begin with something ordinary, such as a stolen password, a convincing email or a missed update. Strong basics stop a large share of these attacks. Kaynai reviews where you are exposed, fixes the most important gaps first and helps you prepare for the UK government-backed Cyber Essentials scheme.

Common questions
What is Cyber Essentials?
Cyber Essentials is a UK government-backed scheme covering five basic technical controls. Certification is issued through licensed certification bodies, and Kaynai can help you prepare for it.
We are too small to be targeted, aren't we?
Many attacks are automated and opportunistic, so size offers little protection. Small businesses are often attractive precisely because their defences are weaker.
What should we do if we have been hacked?
Disconnect affected devices but do not power them off or delete anything. Change passwords from a clean device, seek help promptly and consider whether you must report it to the ICO within 72 hours.
